Views:
Recruiters can manage Candidates with privileges to View, Edit, and Delete. When Candidates is selected from the menu, recruiters can see the list of Candidates and sort in search them by Name, Email, and Preferred Language.
 

Navigate Candidates Listing

  • Search Bar: Enter words corresponding to Name, Email, and Preferred language to narrow Candidates displayed or to find a particular Candidate.
  • Fields: Select the Fields dropdown to dictate the relevant fields to display.
  • Actions:
    • Invitations icon: Displays the number of invitations associated with a Candidate. Selecting this icon shows a list of the invitations associated with a Candidate.
    • Invite Candidate for a Job Position icon: Allows the recruiter to invite a selected candidate directly to a Job Position 
    • More Actions (ellipse) icon: Displays actions to Edit and Delete a Candidate
 

Note

When inviting a Candidate directly to a Job Position from the Candidates listing, only Job Positions matching the Candidate's language will be available to select.
 

Add a Candidate

  1. Select Candidates from the menu
  2. Select + Add Candidate
  3. Enter the required fields marked by an asterisk (*)
  4. Select Save
