For simple reports like this one, a summary report is the easiest way to do this and offers a number of options for output.

Summary Reports, available from the Results screen, allow authors to create quick tabular reports like this one and they can be output in HTML (for display or screen or cut/paste), CSV (for use in a spreadsheet), or XML (for integration with other systems).

An alternative to the Summary Report in the Results screen, is to use the Respondent Summary Report under the Reports menu. This presents a few additional formatting options and more control over the way the Pass/Fail status is displayed.

With both the "Show Overall Score" and "Show Pass/Fail Status" options set to "Yes", the resulting report will look like this Respondent Summary Report Overall Score Pass/Fail

With both the "Show Overall Score" set to "No" and "Show Pass/Fail Status" option set to "Yes", the resulting report will look a little cleaner in it's presentation, like this Respondent Summary Report Pass/Fail status only
